And from playing that game, comes this story, this so very short and this so very exciting (to have written) novel, series - chain of words. Call it what you will, but I'll just say it's a story. A story inspired by the hours of playing this great game, and fuelled by my deep passion for writing... Obsession more like...
So what is this all about. The Chronicles of Odis... Who in hells is Odis and why is there a Chronicle about him. This is a story that originates from the lore of Tabula Rasa, so you can read all the back story(ies) here. And as you might guess, my in game character handle was Odis.
Carl J. Odis, your average boy, your perfect school delinquent, your most lovable son... Until the coming of the machines. With the fires of the decent from above, and with the bright gleam of alien metal and the even brighter blasts from the beams that would eradicate the age of man on earth, all that ended... Odis, wasn't just average any more. He was a survivor, one of the few of this... Holocaust.
Follow the times of Carl J. Odis, as he begins his life on the strange new world of Forea, from the day he joins the ranks of the AAF, to his learning of his true place in the grand place of life and death - as he learns his reason for being in the Universe.
